The No.4 Charcuterie Knife is perfect for slicing and preparing charcuterie meats and other delicacies. This knife is hand forged using a charcoal burning forge, a hand held hammer, and anvil. Oaks Bottom Forge always uses brand new O1 high carbon tool steel for all of their knives. Carbon steel holds a razor sharp edge for much longer than stainless steel blades, making them ideal choices for the discerning chef.
